摘要

Abstract

Objective:To study the chemical constituents and anti-inflammatory activity of Centipeda minima.Methods:The chemi-cal constituents of the 80%ethanol extract of Centipeda minima were isolated and purified by various column chromatography and pre-parative liquid methods,and the structures were identified on the basis of NMR and MS spectral analysis.The anti-inflammatory activity of the compounds was evaluated by detecting the release of inflammatory mediators NO from mice macrophages(RAW264.7)induced by lipopolysaccharide(LPS).Results:Twenty-two compounds were isolated from Centipeda minima and identified as taraxasteryl acetate(1),squalene(2),lupenone(3),taraxasterol(4),friedelin(5),taraxasterone(6),pseudotaraxasterol acetate(7),lupeol acetate(8),β-sitosterol(9),9-hydroxythymol(10),8-hydroxy-9-isobutyryloxy-10(2)-methylbutyryloxythymol(11),8,10-dihydroxy-9-isobutyryloxy-thymol(12),E-pcoumaryl-alcohol ethyl ether(13),2-hydroxy-4-methy-lbenzoic acid(14),3-deuteriomethyl-5-methyl-2,3-dihydro-benzofyran(15),1,3-dimethoxybenzene(16),vanillic acid(17),ethyl-2-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)acetate(18),5-hydroxy-6,8-dime-thoxycoumarin(19),indazole(20),patriscabratine(21),5-(hydroxymethyl)-2,4,4-trimethyl-2-cyclohexen-1-one(22),respectively.Conclusion:Among them,compounds 2,3,5,6,13 to 22 are isolated from Centipeda genus for the first time,compounds 10 to 15,17,19 to 22 show strong anti-inflammatory activity.
