摘要

Abstract

Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Ainsliaea bonatii.Methods:The 95%ethanol extract of Ainsliaea bonatii was isolated and purified by various chromatographic separation methods,the structures of the obtained compounds were identi-fied by spectrum data analysis.Results:Twenty-one compounds were isolated from Ainsliaea bonatii and identified as 3β,10α-dihydroxy-guaia-11βH-4(15)-diene-12,6-lactone(1),3β,10α-dihydroxy-guaia-4(15),11(13)-diene-12,6-lactone(2),1α,5α,7αH-3β-hydrox-yguaia-4(15),10(14),11(13)-trier-6α,12-olide(3),1α,5α,7α,11βH-3β-hydroxyguaia-4(15),10(14)-dier-6α,12-olide(4),deacylcynaropicrin(5),integrifolin(6),8β-hydroxy-4β,15-dihydrozaluzanin C(7),11β,13-dihydrodeacylcynaropicrin(8),ainsliaolide(9),diaspanolide B(10),nitidone A(11),(5S)-1,7-bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)-5-methoxyheptan-3-one(12),4-hydroxy benzaldehyde(13),vanillin(14),1H-indole-3-carbaldehyde(15),scopoletin(16),isoscopoletin(17),5-hydroxy-3,7,4'-trimethoxyflavone(18),lo-liolide(19),erigeside Ⅱ(20),methyl-2,4-dihydroxy-3,6-dimethyl-benzoate(21),respectively.Conclusion:Compounds 7,11,12,14,15,19 to 21 are isolated from Ainsliaea genus for the first time,compounds 1,2,5 to 10,13,16 to 18 are isolated from Ainsliaea bonatii for the first time.
