摘要

Abstract

Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Cinnamomum camphora.Methods:Several chromatographic methods and spectroscopy techniques were used to isolate,purify and identify the chemical constituents from the ethanol extract of Cinnamomum camphora.Results:Twelve compounds were isolated from Cinnamomum camphora and identified as 3',4'-dihydroxy-1,2,6-trimethoxy-[1,1'-biphenyl]-4(1H)-one(1),spiropreussomerin A(2),(-)-lyoniresinol(3),(+)-lyoniresinol(4),isolariciresinol(5),9-hydrox-ysesamin(6),9-hydroxyl piperonol(7),l-asarinin(8),pinoresinol(9),6,7-dimethoxycoumarin(10),(R)-(+)-5-(2,3-dihydroxyprop-yl)-1,3-benzodioxole(11),3,4,5-trimethoxybenzyl alcohol(12),respectively.Conclusion:Among them,compounds 1,2,4,7,11,12 are isolated from Cinnamomum genus for the first time,compounds 3,5 are isolated from Cinnamomum camphora for the first time.
