半枫荷叶正丁醇部位的化学成分研究
Chemical Constituents of n-Butanol Extract from the Leaves of Semiliquidambar cathayensis
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of n-butanol extract from the leaves of Semiliquidambar cathayensis.Methods:The compounds from the n-butyl alcohol faction of acetone extract of the leaves of Semiliquidambar cathayensis were isolated and purified by column chromatography and semi-preparative HPLC,the structures were identified by means of physicochemical proper-ties and 1 D-NMR spectra data.Results:Thirteen compounds were isolated from the n-butanol faction of acetone extract of the leaves of Semiliquidambar cathayensis and identified as neochlorogenic acid(1),4-hydroxy-2-methoxyphenol-1-O-β-D-(6'-O-galloyl)-glucoside(2),4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenol-1-O-β-D-(6'-O-galloyl)-glucoside(3),rutin(4),hyperoside(5),isoquercitrin(6),kaempferol-3-O-β-D-rutinoside(7),astragalin(8),myricetin-3-O-(6"-galloyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside(9),kaempferol-3-O-α-L-rhamnoside(10),di-hydromyricetin(11),astragalin-6"-O-gallate(12),myricetin-3-O-(6"-galloyl)-β-D-galactopyranoside(13),respectively.Conclusion:All compounds are isolated from Semiliquidambar cathayensis for the first time.关键词
