大蝎子草的化学成分研究

Abstract
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Girardinia diversifolia.Methods:The chemical constituents of the Girar-dinia diversifolia were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography,thin layer chromatography,etc.The structures of the compounds were identified by spectral data and physicochemical properties.Results:Twenty compounds were isolated from Girardinia diversifolia and identified as tormentic acid(1),apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(2),astragaline(3),sucrose(4),β-sitosterol(5),di-N-pentyl phthalate(6),fraxidin(7),scopoletin(8),p-hydroxy-cinnamic acid(9),salicylic acid(10),vanillin(11),succinic acid(12),trans-3-dodecenedioic acid(13),azelaic acid(14),6,9,10-trihydroxy-octadec-7-enoic acid(15),(E,E)-9-oxooctadeca-10,12-dienoic acid(16),1-hexadecanoyl propan-2,3-diol(17),1-linoleoylglycerol(18),n-hexacos-5,8,11-trienoic acid(19),hexacosane(20),respectively.Conclusion:Except compounds 5,8,other compounds are isolated from Girardinia diversifolia for the first time.关键词
