Prevention and Treatment of Diabetic Cardiomyopathy by Chinese Medicine from the Cellular Senescence Perspective
摘要
Abstract
Diabetic cardiomyopathy is a major cardiovascular complication of diabetes mellitus.This paper focuses on the imbalance of metabolism homeostasis caused by glucose and lipid metabolism,and takes cellular senescence as the entry point to comprehensively sort out the characteristics of the evolution of diabetic cardiomyopathy at different stages of the pathogenesis,and summarizes that the decline due to deficiency is the starting link,the decline due to toxin is the causative factor,and the decline due to blood stasis is the form of manifestation.The prevention and treatment strategy under the guidance of disease-syndrome combination is proposed around cellular senescence,and it is considered that the active health model under the concept of prevention before disease is the fundamental key to move the gate forward,the formation of individual diagnosis and treatment plan of"disease-evidence-time-prescription"at different stages with the help of modern bioinformatics technology is the key,and the elucidation of the evidence substance at different stages of cellular senescence with the combination of multi-histology technology is the key to the development.This paper provides a new perspective for the prevention and treatment of diabetic cardiomyopathy.关键词
