Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of new nursing service concept based on planetree model in diabetic nephropathy patients undergoing hemodialysis.Methods From February 2020 to February 2022,83 patients with diabetic nephropathy who underwent hemodialysis at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University were included in the study.They were allocated to the control group(40 patients who received routine nursing)and the observation group(43 patients who received new nursing service based on planetree model)through random number table method.The intervention effect of the two groups was compared.Results After 3 and 6 months of dialysis,the fasting blood glucose,2-h postprandial blood glucose,serum creatinine,urea nitrogen,and hemoglobin levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The glomerular filtration rate,albumin,and total protein levels were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The various indicators of both groups were better than those before dialysis(all P<0.05).After 6 months of dialysis,the various indicators of both groups were better than those after 3 months of dialysis(all P<0.05).During 6 months of dialysis,the total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(4.65%vs.20.00%,P<0.05).Conclusion The new nursing service concept based on planetree model can improve the renal function,blood glucose level and nutritional status of diabetic nephropathy patients undergoing hemodialysis,and reduce the complications.关键词
