Abstract
Regarding the difficulty of safety manage-ment and wide social influence of petrochemical pro-jects along the Belt and Road,the site safety manage-ment idea of"pre-prevention,process control and post-evaluation"was proposed,and a site safety management model based on ITTO technology was constructed and applied to engineering project man-agement.Practice had proved that the model realized standardization and informatization of project safety management,solved the challenges brought by a se-ries of complex factors to the on-site safety manage-ment of petrochemical engineering projects,and a-chieved good social effects.关键词
