60岁以下成年女性心理压力现状、影响因素及干预对策研究OACSTPCD

By reviewing and sorting out the relevant literature on stress and factors influencing female psychological stress,a questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the psychological stress of 4 270 adult women under the age of 60 in Chongqing.And investigate the related factors that affect the psychological stress of adult women under 60 years old.Ordered logistic regression analysis has found that age,household registration,education level,annual income,working hours,attention to female talents and familiarity with policies and systems significantly affected the psychological stress of adult women under 60 years of age.The results of the study show that among adult women under the age of 60,the psychological pressure of rural household registration is significantly higher than that of urban household registration;women who are older and work longer have more psychological pressure;women who has the higher education level and annual income,the higher attention of female talents and the higher familiarity with policies and systems has the lower psychological stress.To this end,four intervention strategies are proposed:we should pay more attention to the psychological problems of low-income adult women;we should pay more attention to the mental health problems of left behind middle-aged and old women in rural areas;we should attach great importance to the mental health service of women in enterprises;our government should also pay more attention to the education,public opinion guidance and policy propaganda for adult women.
