小麦扬麦18突变体库的构建及其表型变异分析

摘要
Abstract
The mixed high-energy particle field is a new type of ionizing radiation which simulates space radiation on the ground.Mutant library is an important material basis for creating new materials and analyzing gene function.In this study,15 000 seeds of Yangmai 18 were treated with 78.1 Gy mixed high-energy particle field radiation.The fatality rate was 46.76%in M,generation,and 7 986 mature individual plants were obtained in M2 generation.The 451 mutant plants were selected,including 6 mutant types:leaf type,plant type,ear,growth period,disease resistance and grain,with mutation frequency of 5.65%.These materials provide important material basis for gene function research and new germplasm creation in wheat.关键词
