Research and Development on Performance Reform in Public Hospitals
摘要
Abstract
In 2019,Opinions on Strengthening the Performance Assessment Work of Tertiary Public Hospitals were issued,which compre-hensively launched the appraisal of public hospital performance.In the face of the"National Examination"and health insurance payment DRG/DIP reform,how public hospitals can explore the construction of an internal performance appraisal system that meets their own de-velopment under the guidance of external performance is an urgent problem to be solved.This paper discusses the theoretical basis for the design of the performance index system framework,the performance appraisal system of hospitals at home and abroad,as well as the inspi-ration for the reform of the internal performance of public hospitals,thinking about the construction of the internal performance evaluation system of public hospitals under the background of the"National Examination"to ensure that the development of public hospitals is in line with their functional orientation,while constantly improving the internal performance appraisal system of hospitals.In addition,it pro-motes hospitals to further strengthen their internal fine management and continuously improve quality and efficiency.关键词
