Current Status and Prospects of Antiviral Treatment for Chronic Hepatitis B during Pregnancy
摘要
Abstract
Chronic hepatitis B(CHB)is a global public health problem,and China is one of the countries with the most severe harm from CHB.Maternal-infant transmission is an important cause of hepatitis B virus(HBV)infection.Treatment and interruption of HBV trans-mission during pregnancy are important means to reduce HBV infection and the prevalence of CHB.This article starts with the current treatment status of gestational CHB,reviews the antiviral treatment drugs,viral load thresholds,and treatment timing for gestational CHB at home and abroad,and proposes bold prospects for new treatment prospects for gestational CHB.关键词
