Comparative Experiment on Artificial Domestication and Cultivation of Three Wild Auricularia heimuer Strains in Hanging Bags in Greenhouse

Abstract
[Objective]Wild Auricularia heimuer strains were collected in Jilin Province.Their artificial domestication and cultivation were conducted to screen excellent strains which were suitable for cultivation in hanging bags in greenhouse.[Method]Three wild Auricularia heimuer strains(G,M and Y)were domesticated and cultivated in hanging bags in greenhouse.[Result]Three strains showed strong growth vigor,strong resistance,and light brown and winkle fruitbody.The growth period of Auricularia heimuer G was 10 days shorter than that of Auricularia heimuer M and Y.Fruitbody of Auricularia heimuer M was blacker and rounder than that of G and Y.The back side of Auricularia heimuer M was gray-white with denser cilia than that of G and Y.Auricularia heimuer G has largest winkle number while Auricularia heimuer M had highest yield and biological efficiency.[Conclusion]Auricularia heimuer M had good color,good shape and little winkles of fruitbody,good fruit quality and high yield and the growth period was 95-105 d.It is an excellent medium-ripening variety suitable for hanging bag cultivation in greenhouse and popular in the market of northeastern China.关键词
