Abstract
To enhance high quality development of the fruit industry in Wuzhou,analysis were conducted to investigate its current status.The results showed that the fruit industry in Wuzhou en-joyed expansion of planting area,high yield,characteristic major varieties,fast-developing elite vari-eties,improved quality,which had a foundation for industrialization with preliminary successful brand-building;at the same time,some problems existed such as inappropriate variety structure,un-favorable climate,threats of various diseases,low level of organization in production and unba-lanced cultivation and management.Thereby,suggestions on further adjusting variety structure,strengthening technology support,enhancing disease prevention and control,expanding the initial and deep processing of fruits and optimizing fruit sales are made to provide a reference for promot-ing the development of fruit industry in Wuzhou.关键词
