Abstract
With the development of perioperative visualization techniques,ultrasound technology has gradually gained attention in the field of pediatric anesthesia and perioperative period care.Its applications in preoperative evaluation,perioperative management,diagnosis,and prevention of complications have become research hotspots.Lung ultrasound technology summarizes corresponding ultrasonographic characteristics according to the different air/fluid ratios within lung tissues,further achieving precision and visualization in anesthesia.However,research on the application of lung ultrasound in pediatric anesthesia is limited,and its clinical value requires further exploration.Lung ultrasound can assist in rapidly assessing airway and lung function status in pediatric anesthesia preoperatively,monitoring lung ventilation status in real-time during anesthesia maintenance.And provide rapid bedside diagnosis of related pulmonary complications during endotracheal tube removal and postoperative care in critically ill children.In the future,further understanding of pediatric lung ultrasound technology is needed,and its more important role in pediatric perioperative management is anticipated.关键词
