滇桂黔民族地区乡村旅游"产业-人才"耦合协调评价及融合发展模式
"Industry-Talent"coupling coordination evaluation and integration development model of rural tourism in ethic regions of Yunnan,Guangxi and Guizhou

Abstract
With the further development of rural tourism in ethnic minority areas,the high quality development of rural tourism in some regions has encountered bottlenecks.From the perspective of the coupled coordination theory,the research constructs the evaluation index system and the coupled coordination evaluation model of rural tourism development and talent development,and measures the coupling coordination relationship and coordinated development status of the two systems in Yunnan,Guangxi and Guizhou ethnic areas,respectively,through the coupling degree and the coupling coordination degree,and determines the development deviation of the two systems according to the relative priority of rural tourism development.The rural tourism destinations of Jinghong City in Yunnan,Longsheng Autonomous County in Guangxi and Leishan County in Guizhou are taken as cases.The results are shown as follows.1)Ethnic minority rural tourism in these regions has a high degree of coupling with talent development.2)The levels of ethnic minority rural tourism and talent development,as well as the level of coupling coordination between the two,vary greatly in different regions.3)Among the individual regions,Jinghong City in Yunnan performs well in all aspects,while the rural tourism and talent development in Longsheng Autonomous County in Guangxi and Leishan County in Guizhou are relatively poor with the balance development state not achieved.Based on the coupled empirical results and the actual situation of the three cases,the paper further discusses and puts forward the"Industry-Talent"integrated development model of rural tourism in ethnic areas is put forward and discussed further to help rural revitalization and high-quality development of rural tourism.关键词
