铣削高温合金GH3039刀具寿命预测及磨损机理
Prediction of milling high temperature alloy GH3039 tool life and wear mechanism
摘要
Abstract
This paper seeks to investigate the influence of milling parameters on tool life of the high-temperature alloy GH3039.The study consits of performing milling experiments on alloy GH3039 using orthogonal experimental methods;establishing a predictive model for tool life with the multivariate linear regression method;analyzing the impact of milling parameters on tool life;and observing the wear condi-tions of the milling cutter flank to study the wear mechanism under different spindle speeds.The findings indicate that the spindle speed has the greatest impact on tool life,while axial cutting depth has the least impact.At a spindle speed of 750 r/min,the predominant wear areas of the milling cutter mainly pres-ents adhesive and abrasive wear.At a milling speed of 950 r/min,oxidative and diffusive wear tenden-cies begin to expand.As the milling speed reaches 1 180 r/min,the abrasive wear and adhesive wear di-minish or vanish,and the oxidative wear and diffusive wear present mostly.关键词
