Abstract
In the temperature inversion based on TDLAS technology,the accuracy of absorption molecular linewidth has great influence on the measurement accuracy of flow field parameters.In this paper,the wavelength modulation method based on absorp-tion spectrum theory is used to study the relationship between the ratio of the second harmonic coefficient to the fourth harmonic coef-ficient and the modulation coefficient under low absorption.In this relationship,the harmonic general term expression is deduced,and a fixed point is obtained by simulation according to this expression.Based on the characteristics of this point,an online line width measurement algorithm is obtained.In order to verify the algorithm,under experimental conditions,the absorption spectrum of H2O molecule near 6807.835cm-1 is used for numerical analysis and simulation experiments.At the same time,considering the simplification of the detection system and the measurement cost,a polynomial fitting method is proposed to calculate the line width of H2O molecular absorption spectrum based on the fixed point.The experimental results show that the error of line width measured by quintic fitting is less than 5%compared with the traditional 2f/1f standard-free method.This algorithm reduces the measurement cost and further improves the measurement accuracy of gas parameters.关键词
