中国参与全球数据治理的价值、面临的困境及对策OACHSSCD

With the rapid development of information technology,human society has entered the era of big data.Global data governance is an important part of the modernization of the national governance system and the construction of cyber power,and it is of great significance for the distribution of benefits among countries and global economic development.At present,China has a weak influence in the field of global data governance,and faces many dilemmas in the process of participating in the global data governance mechanism.To effectively address these challenges,China should actively engage in the formulation of global data governance rules,enhance its international right of speech,and expand its influence of information technology and industries on the fields of traditional trade and investment cooperation.Simultaneously,efforts should be directed towards constructing an international order which is conducive to China's participation in global data governance in the new era,on the basis of promoting the construction of international exchange platforms such as the World Internet Conference.
