Promoting Common Prosperity in Development:An Unbalanced System Perspective
摘要
Abstract
There is a close internal connection between common prosperity and development,and their balanced relationship requires further exploration.Unbalanced development emphasizes differences and particularities,whereas common prosperity emphasizes commonalities and consistency.For specific time and space environments,such as stages,cycles,regions,groups,fields,etc.,it is necessary to focus on how to adjust differences and particularities into commonalities and consistency through development to achieve common prosperity.That is to say,achieving a broad system equilibrium or dynamic equilibrium through unbalanced development constitutes the key to whether common prosperity can be achieved.The particularities of large systems are mainly manifested in small systems and subsystems,and within small system subsystems,these particularities are manifested as small-scale commonalities.To promote common prosperity,it is to start from a small scale and then expand and connect on a large scale;to achieve common prosperity in small systems first and then in larger and higher-level systems.It is necessary to closely adhere to the contradiction between the particularity of development and the commonality of prosperity,grasp individuality on the basis of commonality,consolidate the foundation of common prosperity,and continuously move towards the goal of common prosperity.It is avoided by all means not to distinguish between types of development,to ignore the specificity of development,and to promote the common prosperity plan that deviates from reality in an idealized and balanced model.The major innovation of the study is that it combines the system theory,deepens the analysis of non-equilibrium theory,and proposes the particularity of large systems,namely the commonality of small systems,thus providing a solid theoretical foundation for the gradual promotion of common prosperity and getting better off earlier of some people.关键词
