Abstract
Objective The evaluation index system of adolescent nutrition literacy was constructed to provide reference for evaluating adolescent nutrition literacy.Methods The evaluation index system of adolescent nutrition literacy was constructed through three rounds of Delphi expert consultation,and the weights of indexes at all levels were assigned by analytic hierarchy process method.Results The response rate of the three rounds of expert consultation was 100.0%,and 5 experts made constructive suggestions.The authority coefficient of experts was 0.84.After three rounds of investigation,Kendall's harmony coefficient ranged from 0.244 to 0.509.Finally,an evaluation index system of adolescent nutrition literacy was formed,including 4 first-level indexes,10 second-level indexes and 35 third-level indexes.Conclusions Experts had high enthusiasm,high authority coefficient,and their opinions were more concentrated and coordinated.The index system formed has certain reference value for the evaluation of adolescent nutrition literacy,but it still needs to be further verified and perfected in practice.关键词
