Abstract
Objective To understand the level of insight in patients with bipolar disorder,and the effects of depressive symptoms,suicidal attitude and mood disorders on the level of insight,so as to provide reference for the clinical management.Methods The study investigated 82 patients with bipolar disorder using the Insight and Treatment Attitude Questionnaire(ITAQ),the Rapid Self-rating Depression Scale(QIDS-SR),the Suicide Attitude Questionnaire(QSA),the Mood Disorder Questionnaire(MDQ),and the General Information Questionnaire.Univariate and multivariate logistic regression analyses were conducted to identify the factors that influence the level of insight.Results The study analysed the total ITAQ score of 82 patients diagnosed with bipolar disorder,which was found to be(11.27±3.20).Among these patients,30 cases showed impairment of self-knowledge level.Univariate analysis revealed a significant relationship between QSA score and MDQ score with patients'self-knowledge level(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis indicated that suicidal attitude and mood disorder were independent factors affecting the self-knowledge level of bipolar disorder patients(P<0.05).Conclusions Patientswithbipolardisordermayexperienceareducedlevelofself-awareness.Earlyassessment of QSA and MDQ scores can guide efforts to improve self-awareness.关键词
