Abstract
In view of the problems of the widely used hand shaking standard gas mixing method,such as low working efficiency,the calibration test results are not easy to meet the requirements of repeatability,low test accuracy,high safety risk and does not meet the man-machine efficacy,a controllable piston shaker is designed to replace the hand shaking function,in order to improve the work efficiency and test accuracy.Shear fork lift platform and calibration cylinder guide car are designed to improve man-machine efficiency.Manufacturing materials and control system are selected from the three aspects of stable operation,precise control and simple operation.Finally,a set of standard gas mixture shaking device for chromatographic test is developed,which can realize the standard gas mixture in the cylinder and test its application effect in the laboratory.The application results show that the standard gas mixture shaking device can make the standard gas mixture in the cylinder evenly mixed quickly,labor-saving and safely,improve the success rate of calibration test and calibration test accuracy,and ensure the accuracy of chromatographic test results.Especially for defect tracking oil-filled electrical equipment,the running state can be grasped better.关键词
