摘要

Abstract

Absrtact:Through the device and equipment of the self-designed motor testing platform,whether there are any issues with the overall design and assembly of the tested motor can be preliminarily understood before testing.The digital multimeter tests whether the three-phase windings of the tested motor have short circuit phenomenon with the case,and the MEGOHM meter tests whether the phase-to-phase and three-phase relative ground insulation meet the standard,the LCR digital bridge tester confirms whether the resistance and inductance of the coil winding of the tested motor are in three-phase balance.Using a dynamometer stand,in the form of a single drag of the tested motor,the no-load back EMF wave and the vibration of the motor under different rotating speeds are detected preliminarily,and the motor temperature is detected with a temperature measuring gun,the magnetic circuit and the whole assembly of the motor can be predicted in advance.Through the instrument and equipment,the test motor windings and chassis on-off,resistance inductance,no-load back EMF,vibration at different speed,can detect whether the tested motor has winding damage,magnetic steel demagnetization,magnetic circuit problems,motor assembly design problems,can effectively judge whether the tested motor can be carried out follow-up testing,to solve the time-consuming,shortage of platform resources.
