Abstract
With the rapid development of mobile command information system to intelligence and integration,as an important infrastructure of the system,display console needs to install more display devices in the limited shelter space to meet the functional requirements of rapid data processing and multi-person interaction.A multi-screen integrated display console with a piano structure is proposed for the requirements of a certain vehicle command information system,with an overall size of 1690 mm(L)×790 mm(D)×1370 mm(H),capable of installing six 19.5 inch display screens and accessory equipment.According to the structual design scheme of the system,the mechanical model is established,and the modal analysis of the display console is carried out by the finite element simulation software combined with the theoretical analysis to calculate the first six natural frequencies and vibration modes,and by applying vibration conditions in the actual working environment,random vibration analysis is conducted to obtain vibration deformation and stress in the vertical,horizontal,and longitudinal directions.After calculation,the probability of the stress and deformation of the display console being less than 22.1 MPa and 0.15 mm is 99.73%.Finally,ergonomic design of the console structure is evaluated based on the methods of human-machine engineering.By integrating structural design theory,simulation analysis and ergonomic analysis,it is verified that the designed multi-screen vehicle display console can meet the requirements of system functionality,structural strength and ergonomic requirements.关键词
