精明收缩理论视角下的资源枯竭型城市街区规划更新设计
The Planning and Renewal Design of Resource-depleted Cities from the Perspective of Smart Shrinkage Theory:A Case of Gangcheng District,Jinan City,Shandong Province

Abstract
With the economic development,resource-based cities enter the decay period after the maturity period.The massive population loss and the low utilization rate of the original land lead the cities further on the decline path.This paper takes Gangcheng District of Jinan as an example to illustrate the problems of resource-depleted cities.With the help of smart shrinkage theory,we explore its integration with urban planning renewal,and use a modified Malthus population model and demographic data to verify the population shrinkage in Gangcheng District of Jinan.Based on the existing urban planning blueprint of Gangcheng District,we propose four sustainable planning suggestions in the areas of open neighborhoods,flexible control of land use,development of unused land,and land function mixing.关键词
