摘要
Abstract
Nowadays,the urban development of our country is changing from incremental expansion to stock renewal,and the aging degree of the population is becoming increasingly deepening.Under this background,it has become one of the concerns of people to transform the existing buildings in urban communities into pension service facilities.This paper takes the current situation of aging population as the starting point,analyzes the suitability of space and structure reconstruction of existing buildings in the community,and discusses its reconstruction methods and strategies,hoping to provide some theoretical references for the reconstruction of existing buildings in the community.关键词
