摘要

Abstract

Velvet antler,a unique organ found exclusively in cervids,possesses remarkable regenerative potential and rapid growth capability.Due to its significant medicinal and economic value,the growth,development,and regulatory mechanisms of velvet antler have attracted wide attention.The velvet antler is composed of bone,cartilage,mesenchymal layers,blood vessels,nerves,and skin,which contains various organic components such as amino acids,peptides,lipid compounds,and carbohydrates.Therefore,its rapid growth should be closely related to body metabolism,as well as the sufficient supply of amino acids,fatty acids,vitamins,etc.In conclusion,comprehending the evolutionary pattern of body basal metabolism during the development process of velvet antler,and determining the developmental metabolites of it play a crucial role in regulating the growth and development of velvet antler.The article discussed the metabolism of amino acids,lipids,carbohydrates,and vitamins during the growth process of velvet antler,as well as the effects of various nutrient metabolisms on the growth and development of velvet antler,aiming to provide a basis for improving the yield of velvet antler.
