摘要

Abstract

In order to explore the changes of inorganic elements and hydrolyzed amino acids of growing northeast sika deer velvet,18 Northeast sika deer were selected during the same antler growing period based on the time of antler removal in the experiment.The samples were divided into 6 groups according to the sampling time:(30±3)d,(40±3)d,(50±3)d,(60±3)d,(70±3)d and(75±3)d.The results showed that the content of element K in velvet antler of Northeast Sika deer decreased gradually with the growth of velvet antler,and the content of Ca,Cu and Zn increased gradually with the growth of velvet antler.The change trend of Na,Fe,Mg and Mn was irregular.The middle amino acids gradually decreased with the growth of antler,while the top amino acids gradually increased.The conclusion was drawn that the contents of inorganic elements and hydrolyzed amino acids in velvet antler changed during a growing period,which provided a basis for the harvest,research,development and utilization of velvet antler.
