鹿皮胶原蛋白多肽的双酶法提取工艺及其在唇膏中的应用
Double Enzymatic Extraction of Deerskin Collagen Peptide and Its Application in Lipstick

Abstract
In this study,the deerskin collagen peptides were extracted by double enzyme method,and the effects of pH,temperature and time of enzymatic hydrolysis on the extraction rate of deerskin collagen peptides were investigated through the response surface analysis.The results showed that neutral protease extraction lasted for 6 hours,the material-to-liquid ratio was 1∶45(g∶mL),the addition amount of enzyme was 0.2％,and the temperature was 50 ℃.The optimized enzyme pH was 10,the enzyme temperature was 50 ℃,the enzyme time was 3 h.The deer skin collagen peptide was purified by the salting-out method.The deer skin collagen peptide lipstick was prepared with the deerskin collagen peptide as the raw material of the lipstick.The moisturizing performance test in vitro results showed that compared with the lipstick without deer skin collagen peptide,the addition of deer skin collagen peptide improved the moisturizing effect of the lipstick.关键词
