水貂源大肠杆菌磺胺类耐药基因的检测与分析
Detection and Analysis of Sulfonamide Resistance Genes of Escherichia coli from Minks in Northeast China

Abstract
In order to analyze the distribution of sulfa-resistant genes of mink-derived Escherichia coli in Northeast China and put forward suggestions for rational use of antibiotics,130 mink-derived Escherichia coli strains from different farms in Northeast China were screened,and the sulfa-resistant genes sul Ⅰ,sul Ⅱ and sul Ⅲ were detected and analyzed by PCR.The results showed that sul Ⅰ,sul Ⅱ and sul Ⅲ were detected,and the detection rates were 85.38%(111/130),80.00%(104/130)and 69.23%(90/130),respectively.By analyzing the results,it is concluded that E.coli from minks in Northeast China has certain drug resistance to sulfonamides.关键词
