智能机器人在检验检测实验室的应用研究综述
Research on the Application of Intelligent Robots in Inspection and Testing Laboratories
摘要
Abstract
The sample inspection and testing process involves complex processes and processes such as receiving,labeling,receiving,and circulation,which require a large amount of manpower and material resources.The application of intelligent robots and their management systems helps laboratories improve inspection and testing efficiency and save management costs.The application needs and development prospects of intelligent robots in inspection and testing laboratories are analyzed,the current application status of intelligent robots such as sample circulation and distribution robots and automated warehousing robots in inspection and testing laboratories is elaborated,the key technologies of robot including positioning,perception,planning,human-robot interaction are summarized,the problems and challenges of using intelligent robots in inspection and testing laboratories are summarized.And the construction is proposed of a joint research and development team consisting of production enterprises,universities/research institutes,and laboratories,analysis of laboratory demand pain points and tackle key technical difficulties is conducted,forming a deep integration development concept of"industry,academia,research and application"to accelerate the application and promotion of intelligent robots in inspection and testing laboratories.Which provides reference for the development of the intelligent robot industry.关键词
