摘要

Abstract

The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of different cage floors and light intensity on the production performance of laying hens in the stacking cage mode.720 healthy 16-week-old laying hens with similar weight(P>0.05)were randomly divided into 3 groups with 8 replicates in each group.Group Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ raised in the first,the third and the fifth floor respectively.The trail lasted for 9 weeks with 1 week of pre-experimental period.Group Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ of light intensity were 2.4,5.3 and 10.4 lx respectively.The results showed as follows:1)Compared with group m,the pubic space in group Ⅰ and Ⅱ decreased(P<0.05).2)Compared with group Ⅰ,the ovary weight and number of follicles in group Ⅲ increased(P<0.05).3)Compared with group Ⅰ,the first egg day age significantly advanced;compared with group Ⅰ and Ⅱ,the day-old reaching laying rate of 50%and 90%in group Ⅲ significantly advanced respectively(P<0.05).4)Compared with group Ⅰ,the concentration of FSH in group Ⅲ increased(P<0.05).Compared with group Ⅰ,the concentration of MELT in group Ⅲ reduced(P<0.05).5)Compared with group Ⅰ,the number of egg production in group Ⅲ increased(P<0.05),the average egg weight in group m decreased(P<0.05).6)Compared with group Ⅰ,Haugh unit in the group Ⅱ and Ⅲ increased(P<0.05).In conclusion,10.4 lx can accelerate the sexual maturation,improve the egg production and quality to increase the production performance of laying hens in the stacking cage mode.
