Research Progress on Effect and Regulation of Dietary Factors on Rumen Microbial Diversity
摘要
Abstract
In ruminant production,diet is the biggest external factor affecting the composition of rumen microorganisms in ruminants.Dietary factors mainly include roughage,concentrate/roughage ratio,additives and processing technology,and affect the abundance of specific bacteria and fungi in rumen microorganisms and the number of protozoa.Dietary nutrient changes and the addition of probiotics and plant active substances can effectively regulate rumen microflora,improve microbial fermentation and production performance.This paper introduced the classification and functions of rumen microorganisms,and focused on the influence and regulation of rumen microbial diversity by dietary factors,so as to provide important basis for improving rumen microbial flora structure by dietary factors.关键词
