鸡和猪肠道微生物的组成及其影响因素研究进展
Progress on the Composition and Influencing Factors of Intestinal Microorganisms in Chickens and Pigs
摘要
Abstract
Animal intestinal microorganisms,including bacteria,fungi,archaea,and viruses,play an important role in the absorption of nutrients and immune metabolism of the body.Studies have shown that intestinal microorganisms undergo dynamic changes under the influence of various factors,and ensuring the diversity of beneficial microbial communities and microecological balance in the gut is of great significance for animal health.This article reviews the composition of microorganisms in the intestines of chickens and pigs and the factors that affect the balance of intestinal microflora(host,diet,environment,probiotics,antibiotics,and pathogens),with a view to providing reference for the feeding and management of chickens and pigs,as well as the study of the interaction mechanism between intestinal microflora and host.关键词
