Abstract

Extractive water export is an important way to ensure the gas field production and improve the development effect of the gas field in the production process of each gas field.Extracted water export system of Sunan gas field is a complex fluid network system,and the system needs to be adjusted to the external transmission mode in different states.Based on the spatial distribution and topological structure of gas gathering station,water transmission valve room,water transmission pipeline,and treatment plant,a model of extracted water export system of the gas field is established which contains the pipeline network facilities and parameters by utilizing the PIPEPHASE steady-state multiphase flow simulation and calculation software and clarifies the medium components in the export system through viscous density detection analysis and anion and cation chromatography experiments,and then the simulations are carried out;the simulation calculations are carried out through the error-corrected model to derive the pressures and flow rates of each node unit under different states.The results show that the change of medium temperature caused by the change of external air temperature will have a small influence on the external transmission system,and the simulation results of different distribution and distribution methods are compared with the field production data,which verifies the reasonableness of the model and provides a reference basis for the field production of Sunan gas field.
