Abstract
The exhaust emissions from diesel locomotives during the cleaning operation in railway tunnels contain a large amount of particulate matter.Due to poor ventilation inside the tunnel,particulate matter cannot be discharged from the tunnel in a timely and effective manner,which seriously endangers the physical health of on-site workers.Therefore,based on the gas-water mixed ion technology,utilizing coagulation to remove particulate matter,a purification device applied to the exhaust gas of diesel vehicles is designed,and the effects of different feed water flow rates,different discharge voltages,different polar plate tip spacings,different placing styles,and different numbers of tips on the purification effect of the device are discussed.Using an aerosol generator to generate solid particulate aerosols as a pollution source,and experimental research on different influencing factors is conducted in a 100 L experimental chamber.The results indicate that:the water flow rate of the syringe pump is 50µL/min,the discharge voltage is 9 200 V,the electrode plate spacing is 55 mm,and the number of needles is 15 as the optimal design parameters of the purification device.And there is no difference in placement.The gas-water mixed ion generation device can provide a new way to purify diesel engine exhaust particulate matter.关键词
