城市城区空间的不断扩大,导致城市下垫面不断硬化,城市水文被人为改变,城市内部洪涝灾害频发.社区绿地作为城市绿地系统中与居民最息息相关的绿地系统,其对于雨水的渗透、滞留、过滤及储存等都具有重要作用,严寒地区的社区绿地雨洪管理方法更应该关注.文章通过文献综述,对于BMPs(最佳雨洪管理措施)、LID(低影响开发)和WSUD(水敏性城市设计)等城市雨洪管理体系进行概述,并且结合社区绿地进行分析,总结经验,希望为国内特别是严寒地区的城市社区绿地雨洪管理体系的研究提供参考.

The continuous expansion of urban space has led to the continuous hardening of the underlying surface of the city,resulting in artificial changes in urban hydrology and frequent occurrence of flood disasters within the city.Community green space,as the green space system most closely related to residents in the urban green space system,plays an important role in the infiltration,retention,filtration and storage of rainwater,and more attention should be paid to the methods of community green space rain and flood management in severe cold areas.The paper provides an overview of urban rainwater and flood management systems such as BMPs(Best Rainwater and Flood Management Measures),LID(Low Impact Development),and WSUD(Water Sensitive Urban Design)through literature review.It also analyzes community green spaces and summarizes experience,hoping to provide reference for the research of urban community green space rainwater and flood management systems in China,especially in severe cold areas.
