摘要

Abstract

To accurately and conveniently measure the IV characteristic curve of photovoltaic modules,a photovoltaic module IV characteristic testing system based on STM32F373 is designed,which can measure open circuit voltage,short circuit current,IV curve,PV curve and so on.This system is composed of a current control unit,a signal acquisition unit,a software processing unit,a communication unit,an upper computer display unit and so on,and it adopts an electronic load circuit,which uses the STM32F373 single-chip DAC output to adjust the constant current current value.At the same time,it collects the output voltage value of the photovoltaic cell,performs Kalman filtering and curve fitting on the collected data,and generates IV and PV curves for voltage,current,and power values to be displayed on the TFT color screen finally.The system can also remotely transmit the data to the PC for data analysis and curve observation.The results show that the curves collected by using the system are accurate,fast,and have good performance,the time to collect an IV curve is only 1 s,and the measured voltage and current error is less than 1%.The system is small in size and easy to carry,and has a lithium battery inside,which can be charged and used outdoors.
