摘要

Abstract

In order to solve the problems of washing and care separation,height unadjustable,and complicated washing and care in traditional washing and care devices,a multifunctional maternal and baby care device based on intelligent voice technology is designed from the traditional infant washing and care device,aiming to realize the integration of washing and care,optimize the washing and care structure,and reduce the burden of parents'washing and care.By investigating the baby washing process and analyzing the existing bath device structure,the three-dimensional model of SolidWorks and UG software are used to complete the structure stress analysis.The overall design of the device is composed of height lifting module,bath nursing table switching module,drainage module,voice module,constant temperature module,temperature detection module,human-computer interaction module and control module.The control system uses the Mitsubishi FX3U series PLC as the central controller and the DC motor as the device execution mechanism.More than 1 000 times test are carried out in the laboratory.The results show that the design has reasonable structure,perfect function and stable performance,and can assist the bath care;compared with the traditional bath device,the innovative design is highly intelligent and adjustable,which effectively alleviates the bath burden of new parents and guarantees the bath safety of infants.
