Transformation of CNC Loading and Unloading System Based on Intelligent Collaborative Robot

Abstract
In the manufacturing industry,the CNC machining systems play a crucial role,especially the CNC loading and unloading system is a key aspect for improving production efficiency and automation level.The traditional CNC loading and unloading systems suffer from cumbersome operations,low efficiency and safety risks.With the rapid development of smart manufacturing technologies,the collaborative robots as an important tool for realizing intelligent manufacturing,have garnered significant attention.The intelligent collaborative robot is introduced to realize the automatic material loading and unloading process,and the intelligent transformations on existing CNC machine tools is implemented.By installing hardware devices,such as a KUKA robot,an electrical control system,and an industrial camera,the CNC machine tools are endowed with intelligent production capabilitie which not only reduces labor intensity but also significantly shortens production cycles,thereby enhancing production efficiency and products quality.Through the transformation scheme,the intelligent cooperative robot is successfully applied to the CNC loading and unloading system,and the automatic material loading and unloading process is realized.By using this scheme,not only the production efficiency is improved,but also the work safety is enhanced,providing manufacturing enterprises with a more efficient and secure production flow,which is promoting the intelligent development of the manufacturing industry.关键词
