Exploration and Practice of Guiding Mechanism of Academic Atmosphere Construction in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract
Academic atmosphere is the soul and foundation of a school.In the current era of value diversification and knowledge informatization,some problems still remain in the construction of academic atmosphere in higher vocational colleges,such as insufficient students'learning motivation,insufficient investment of teachers'education and teaching energy,insufficient collaboration among multiple parties,and incomplete mechanisms for academic atmosphere construction.From the perspective of"three-wide education",this paper takes the Road and Bridge Department of Liaoning Provincial College of Communications as an example,constructs a guiding mechanism for academic atmosphere construction through quantitative process evaluation and phase evaluation methods,actively explores a scientific and systematic long-term mechanism for academic atmosphere construction,and provides successful experience and cases for the construction in higher vocational colleges.关键词
