Abstract
In promoting the formation of an overall integration and positive interaction between education and industry,it is of great practical significance to scientifically promote the construction of training resources for deepening the integration of industry and education,and the cooperation of school and enterprise.To ensure the continuous supply of high-quality talents,China National Railway Group Co.,Ltd.(referred to as China Railway Group)adopts a"2+1"target training mode to cultivate new talents.This paper takes the post of deputy driver of railway locomotives as an example and introduces the methods of constructing the competency graph of the corresponding profession competency in accordance with the competency model theory,reshaping the talent training plan and organizing training resources,and also elaborates on practical cases of training resources construction based on the job competency graph.关键词
