摘要

Abstract

The significance of digital literacy for teachers in higher vocational colleges is to promote the digital transformation of education,improve the teaching effect,promote the learning and development of students,improve the professional literacy of teachers,and enhance the comprehensive strength of schools.The digital literacy of teachers includes:being equipped with digital awareness,mastering digital technology knowledge and skills,and being equipped with digital application ability,as well as digital communication and collaboration ability.Higher vocational colleges need to focus on the improvement of teachers'digital literacy,carry out digital literacy training for teachers,construct digital literacy teaching resources,establish a digital literacy evaluation system,encourage teachers to participate in digital teaching reform,and provide better talent support for education and teaching in the digital era.
