Abstract
With the development of cities,the rise of housing prices in first-and second-tier cities,the increase of floating population and the progress of cultural concepts,people's rental demand expands and diversifies,while the expansion of urban centers and industrial upgrading lead to a large number of idle industrial buildings in the city.Based on this,the article discusses the possibility of transforming all kinds of industrial buildings into long term rental apartments,combines the spatial characteristics of multi-storey industrial buildings,demonstrates the possibility of their transformation,and summarizes the design strategy of creating a characteristic space for long term rental apartments transformed from unused industrial buildings in combination with actual cases,which will provide a reference for the subsequent design of the leasing transformation of industrial buildings.关键词
