基于Kano模型的城市体育公园的使用者需求研究

Abstract
From the perspective of the national fitness needs,through the user observation interview,Maoming Sports Park users attention index elements,for the analysis of different environmental factors of sports park users satisfaction,the design of the questionnaire,with thematic,convenience,comfort,reliability for four index elements,further divided into 16 index sub elements,build the use of urban sports park satisfaction evaluation model,using the KANO model calculation each index elements classification and sorting,and put forward corresponding design promotion strategy for statistical data.It also provides a theoretical research reference for the construction of the urban sports park.关键词
