摘要
Abstract
In the era of inventory,many cities are nearing the end of large-scale expansion.The development of medical industrial parks is in the ascendant.How to build a good medical industrial park in the existing urban layout is a problem worth paying attention to.In response to this issue,the industrial upgrading policy proposed by various local governments is very suitable for building medical industrial parks.Industrial upstairs refers to leveraging the advantages of centralized construction of high-rise and multi-story factories,while also supporting logistics and lifting facilities,to transfer some of the industrial chain and research and development functions to higher floors.In addition,there is also the construction of garden style industrial parks to attract more excellent medical enterprises to enter the park for development with a more dynamic and vibrant park environment.关键词
