Abstract
A factory controls the heating of a certain liquid and has designed a PID automatic adjustment heating equipment with self tuning function for the complex reaction process of a certain liquid.This design uses STM32F103C8T6 from STF SGS-THOMSON Microelectronics(ST)as the controller and PT100 as the temperature acquisition element to control the thyristor for zero power adjustment.The MCGS touch screen is used to display and set relevant waveforms and parameters.During the control process,multiple tuning parameters can be selected according to relevant heating requirements to meet different dynamic response types of liquids.This paper mainly introduces the principle block diagram of the hardware composition of the system,gives the main hardware circuit diagram of the system and the work flow of self-tuning algorithm,and explains some key points of PID programming.Experiments show that the heating system can meet the requirements of the factory.关键词
