Abstract
In view of the requirements that safety appraisal and seismic appraisal should be carried out at the same time in the appraisal of existing buildings,through the author's practical work experience,combined with the relevant technical standards and specifications,sort out the various requirements of the overall structural firmness and anti-seismic measures inspection methods in structural appraisal and organize them into various tables,so as to facilitate the main points that should be paid attention to by the personnel engaged in the appraisal work in the actual appraisal,so as to avoid the different abilities of the on-site appraisal personnel.The situation of missing items and missing items caused by the omission of inspection contents can be avoided,and there are major hidden dangers in the construction of buildings,which will affect the final safety rating and anti-seismic appraisal of buildings,so as to improve the appraisal level of on-site appraisers and ensure structural safety.The analysis of the above methods can be applied by the relevant technicians engaged in structural appraisal in practical work.关键词
