The Integration Ways of Applied Talents Cultivation and Societal Needs

Abstract
Applied talents aim at meeting social needs and promoting social development.The development direction of the whole agricultural industry chain in the new era puts forward new requirements for the training of applied talents in facility agriculture.Focusing on the practical teaching of,this paper analyzes the problems existing in teacher team construction,practical teaching process and school-enterprise cooperation.Then,reforming methods and ways of practice teaching are put forward mainly from the aspects of deepening the reform of the teacher team,guiding students to participate in the production of the whole industrial chain,optimizing the college-enterprise cooperation mechanism.It provides ways and approaches in improving the practice teaching level of protected agriculture,and meets the demands of applied talents in protected agriculture under the condition of the whole industry chain.关键词
